HeY SuPp SuPp People? This is a PaGe all about the Empire Records FaM on VP...If ya haven't seen Empire Records then ya should cuz it's a BOMB ASS movie! Below are the people on VP who are most like the characters on VP..A Little description about the character is there too. A qucik Rundown about the movie: A bunch of people who work at a Record store, all of which have their own problems. Corey being obssessed with a played out country singer and being a speed freak, A.J being secretly in love with Corey, Gina being a turbo slut, Lucas stole money from Joe, Joe has to deal with Empire Records closing down and he has to somehow get the money back that Lucas gambled away, Mark being obssessed with Gwar, Eddie being just plain dumb, Warren wanting be an employee at Empire Records, And Deb wanting to Die. There are a few more characters but they don't have major roles....Enjoy!
Corey aka Currin- Little miss perfect...Yep That's Corey. She gets Straight A's, And basically everyone thinks she's a goodie goodie. Well, that may be true but not entirely. Corey's dream is to lose her virginity to Rex Maning, the washed up has been country singer when he comes to Empire Records. Only when she throws herself at him she makes a complete fool of herself. Later on she realizes exactly how much she loves her Bestfriend AJ.
A.J aka Ghostface Killah- The talented Artist. He's Corey's Bestfriend but he's also madely in love with her and he tries his hardest to tell her by 1:37 pm but he just can't find an easy way to do it. When he finally does tell her, she doesn't seem to feel the same way..Then later she realizes that she really did love him but it was more than love that she felt.
Gina aka Ava_Gina- She's Corey's really good friend, although she seems like "the turbo slut" She just doesn't hide who she really is. She secretly wants to be a singer but she doesn't have the guts to even join a band. She totally backstabs corey by Doing Rex in the copying room. At the end of the movie Gina lives her dream by singing the lead on top of the Empire Records Building.
Deb aka LL- She keeps to herself most of the time. She has internal problems but she doesn't share them most of the time. She doesn't get a long with anyone she works with not even her boyfriend. At the beginging she shaves her head and she wants to die so They have a "pretend Funeral" for her to let her know how much they all care about her.
Lucas aka Ragin3- He stole money from Joe and went to vegas and pissed it all way! When Joe found out he was pissed but he tried to cover up for him. All throughout the movie Lucas is the smart ass. He always has something intellegent to say and sometimes wity.
Joe aka Hood- The manager of Empire Records. He is majorly uptight. But everyone knows that he's really a great guy at heart. He tries to save lucas's ass throughtout the whole movie and he saves Empire Records as well.
Mark aka Hae- Mark is very, well, dumb. He lives in his own little world. He eats sugar filled brownies and day dreams about being in a band called Gwar. He's very funny and knows exactly how to enlighten a situation with his humor and stupidity.
Warren Beatty aka Sturky- The 15 year old cd stealer. Warren is a little G hardcore wannabe. He's Soooooo Cute. After being arrested for stealing cds he tells everyone that his name is Warren Beatty but of course it really isn't. Later on comes back that night with a "fake Gun". All he wants is to be able to work at Empire Records so they finally let him after his Gun episode...
Rex Maning aka Playas Dream- The washed up has been country Singer. He's one arrogant concieted son of a bitch and he knows it. No one likes his music but all he's around for is a quick buck 'n' fuck!
