BROCCOLI SALAD
2 pkg frozen chopped broccoli
1 to 1-1/2 cups chopped Stuffed olives
6 hard boiled eggs
1 stalk sliced celery
1 medium chopped onion
Horseradish, mayonnaise
Cook broccoli 3 minutes. Let cool. Add sliced hardboiled eggs, chopped olives, onion and celery. Add mayonnaise and horseradish to taste. Serve cold. Supposed to serve 12.
