BUTTERMILK PIE

    2 cups sugar
    1/2 cup margarine or butter
    3 T. flour (rounded)
    3 eggs beaten
    1 cup buttermilk
    1 T. vanilla
    dash of nutmeg

    Cream sugar and margarine or butter.
    Add flour end eggs, beat well.  Add
    buttermilk and flavorings. Pour
    into a 9" unbaked pie shell. Bake
    at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes
    until sufficiently browned. (Very rich
    and fattening but oh so good.)
