5 slices buttered bread cut in cubes
3/4 lb. grated cheese
4 eggs
2 Cups milk
1 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp salt
Alternate bread cubes and cheese in buttered casserole. Beat eggs until light; then add eggs to milk along with mustard and salt. Mix and pour over bread mixture. Let stand in refrigerator overnight or several hours. Bake one hour at 350 degrees uncovered. Serve immediately.
