1 cup white sugar
    1 cup butter

    Mix and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Let mixture cook
    until dark tan. Pour in pan. Melt chocolate chips and spread on
    top. Sprinkle on top that nuts-- any kind.   Let cool. Crack. (Nuts
