FLOUR TORTILLAS

Sift:
4 c flour
1/2 T baking powder
3/4 T salt

Add 6 T Crisco & 1-1/2 c hot water

Knead; add 1 more T Crisco and knead again. Form into golf ball size pieces. Roll into thin circles on floured board. Brown on both sides on a hot griddle.
