HOT ROLLS

4 C flour
1 C milk
1/4 C sugar
2 t salt
1/2 C warm water
2 pkg yeast
1 egg
1 stick margarine

Scald milk and add sugar and salt; set aside to cool.

In mixing bowl mix 1/2 water and yeast. Beat in egg. Add cool milk mixture to yeast mixture.

Gradually add flour and work in margarine. Set aside; cover and let double in bulk.

Pan rolls and bake at 375 degrees.
