1# ground pork
1# ground beef
1C shredded carrot
1/4 C chopped onion
1 t salt
Dash pepper
1 C meduim cracker crumbs (20 crackers)
1 C dairy sour cream

Thoroughly combine ingredients press into 9x5x3-in. baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 1-1/2 hours.  Let stand about 10 minutes. May serve with mushroom sauce.

Combine meat loaf drippings with 1/2 cup dairy sour cream, 1 beef bouillon cube, crushed, 1 T instant-type flour, and 1-3oz can broiled sliced mushrooms, undrained. Heat mixture just till boiling. (8 servings)
