MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE
Cook and drain one 20 oz. pkg frozen vegetables. Saute 1 chopped onion
in 1/2 stick oleo. Add 1 T flour, dash of salt and smooth. Combine vegetable
and onion mixtures. Stir in 1 cup shredded cheese and 8 oz. sour cream.
Crush one roll of Ritz crackers; mix with 1 stick oleo. Place on vegetable
mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in an 8 x 12 inch pan.
