PECAN TORTS

2 sticks oleo
2 eggs
1 8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c brown sugar
2 c flour
2 T chopped nuts

Cream oleo less 2 T with cheese and flour. Pinch off some portions of pastry. Pack small muffin pans for crust.

Combine 2 T oleo, sugar, eggs and nuts. Fill torts. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Don't over bake. Check with knife at end of 15 minutes. If it comes out clean they are done. Size determines time. May be frozen.
