RIGATONI

Cook 3# cut of beef-Chuck, etc.
Cut in thin slices (1" sq. or shred)

Chop fine:

1 onion
1 celery

Make a Sauce of:

1 med jar (16 oz) Ragu sauce
1 sm can tomato paste
1   10 oz can tomato sauce

Add:

1 sm can sliced mushrooms
3 da-shes Worcestershire sauce
1-10 oz sauce to taste
Add thin slices green pepper.

Cook until thick and flavors are blended.
Cook a package of Rigatoni. Drain well and stir in sauce. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes longer.

Serve with tossed salad containing wedges of cheese. (8 servings)
