Add one cup of water for each quart of fruit. Simmer for 30 minutes. Then strain through colander and then fine sieve or jelly bag. Now take 2 cups of cherry juice and 2 cups of apple juice and two tablespoons of lemon juice and add 4 cups of sugar. Boil until jelly stage. Or add Certo or Sure Gel and use their method.
