QUICK-AS-A-WINK CHOCOLATE FROSTING
 
    1 pkg (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2 tablespoons butter
    3 tablespoons milk
    1 cup sifted confectioners sugar
 
    Combine chocolate, butter and milk in saucepan. Stir over low heat
    until chocolate is  just melted. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar.
    Beat until smooth, glossy, and easy to spread. (If not glossy,
    stir in a few drops of hot water.) Makes frosting for 8-9" square.
