7 C flour
2 T salt
5 c ww flour
4 c hot water
4 pkg yeast
1/2 c softened margarine
1 T dill weed
1/3 a sugar
1/2 c instant minced onion
Combine ingredients. Knead 10 min, adding flour as needed. Let rise till doubled. Punch down, let rest 15 min. Grease 4 pans. Put dough in pans. Let rise till doubled, about 45 min. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake 30-35 min or till done Makes 4 loaves. (For onion bread, omit dill)
