Virginia Beach, Va.

National Association Boxcar Hobos were organized in 1994 at the Promenade Nationale in Orlando, Florida. There were 17 hobos in attendance at the first meeting where the primary requirements for membership were established and the first officers were elected. Since then the hobos have been growing at a very good rate and at the present time have 325 members. We have been very active in helping the National Boxcar Association with their annual children's parties at the Promenade Nationale. We also help with other children's programs in each of the Grandes or Locales if they request our assistance.
