Ham and Potato Casserole

1 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes 1/2 C. skim milk
1 1/2 C. cubed 98% fat-free ham 1/2 C. dry bread crumbs
1 C. shredded fat-free cheddar cheese 1 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 C. fat free Miracle Whip dressing salt and pepper to taste

1. Combine the potatoes, ham and cheese; mix lightly.
2. Combine the salad dressing and milk, mixing well.
3. Add the dressing mix to the
potato mixture and mix lightly.
4. Spoon into a 1-quart casserole.
5. Combine the bread crumbs and margarine.
6. Sprinkle over the casserole. 7. Bake uncovered for 40 to 50 minutes, or until 
    thoroughly heated.
