15 Minute Caramel Popcorn

1 stick butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white corn syrup
1 cup unpopped popcorn

Pop the unpopped popcorn.
Remove all the unpopped kernals and
put the popped corn into a brown paper grocery sack
Mix all other ingredients together in a microwavable bowl
Cook on high 2 minutes in the microwave to blend well
Watch and make sure it doesn't overflow!
Stir well, then pour half of syrup mix over corn in bag
Fold top a bit and shake to coat corn
Pour remaining syrup over corn, and mix again
Fold up bag so that it fits into microwave
Cook on high 1 1/2 minutes. Shake bag well!
Cook on high another 1 1/2 minutes. Shake well
Pour into large bowl, and enjoy!
I like mine warm, but let cool for a few minutes if desired! 1
