Traded by the Green Bay Packers to the Jacksonville Jaguars for a 1995 third-round (William Henderson) and fifth-round (Travis Jervey) draft picks on April 21, 1995.

Personal:

Wife, Stacy, daughter Caitlin (4) and son Jacob (1) ... Three-year letterman at St. Joseph High School in California ... Named to The Sporting News Top 100 as a senior ... Highlights

1996

Only Quarterback to take every snap from center this season. Lead Jacksonville to a 9-7 record and a birth in the AFC Championship game in only their first year making the playoffs. Lead league in passing yards (4,367) and completion percentage (63.4).

1995

Started 10 of 13 games played ... Second-leading rusher on the team with 480 yards, averaging 7.2 yards a carry ... Threw for a career-high 312 yards against Indianapolis.

1994

Saw action in two games for Green Bay ... Scored first NFL touchdown on a five-yard quarterback draw against Minnesota.

1993

Back-up QB for the Packers behind Brett Favre.

College

Earned second-team All-Pac-10 honors in both 1990 and '92 ... Played in four bowl games (3 Rose, 1 Freedom) ... Completed 259 of 498 passes for 3,423 yards and 23 touchdowns, with only 16 interceptions ... Had a string of 128 consecutive passes without an interception in 1990 ... 1991 Rose Bowl MVP after completing 14 of 22 passes for 163 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for two other scores leading the Huskies to the National Championship ... Finalist for the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award, given to the nation's top senior passer, in 1992 ... Earned a B.A. degree in history.
