The sight has a new look, and a new feel. Did a major overhaul and changed just about everything I could possibly think of. Not that anyone comes here or would notice, but who knows.. If you do happen to stray here, then I hope you Enjoy!

THE ELMS ACCIDENT CONFIRMATION.

As many have heard via various news reports, The Elms were in fact in a serious auto accident early the morning of February 6, 2002. Around 3am on the 6th, the band was driving through a snowy Memphis, TN, when their van spun almost twice, slid off the road backwards, went airborne and flipped once before rolling to a stop back on its wheels. Owen Thomas was treated for a concussion and several surface wounds, and hospitalized for one day. Chris Thomas was treated for a knee injury, and the rest of the band, along with their road manager and sound technician, were treated for minor cuts. The band has decided to continue performing all scheduled dates, after not appearing at an event scheduled for February 6 in Monroe, LA. Please pray for the band, and for their continued rest and recovery. Though a serious occurrence, The Elms believe that the accident could've easily been much more disastrous had it not been for the gracious and merciful intervention of their Savior and protector, Jesus Christ.
