We must lay the groundwork for building a broad, mass Black consciousness.

Consciousness will replace inertia, ignorance, and self-hatred.

We must develop a collective will, born of our own minds.

Leaders will not liberate us.

Empowerment will be attained only with YOUR participation.

Form partnerships w/other groups but, remain focused on our own agenda.

Dare to care! The Black masses must rise up and act.
