Memorial of Fallen Soldiers who died in

Operation Iraqi Freedom and in Operation Enduring Freedom.

MY GOAL IS: (1) TO GET  SOME  THESE  SPREAD ACROSS THE 50 STATE CAPITOLS AND HUNG IN THE ROTUNDA. (2) IF I CAN SOME IN THE MILTARY BASES & (3) HOPEFULLY IF I CAN FIND AWAY TO GET THEM TO THE FAMILIES WHO WANT THEM!!!!!!!! I HAVE BEEN GIVEN PERMISSION FROM THE ARMY TO GET THESE DELIVERED TO THE FAMILIES I AM STILL WORKING ON THE MARINES TO GET THEM DELIVERED TO THERE FAMILIES

CROSS STITCHERS NEEDED: I need volunteers to stitch each name of the soldiers who died. There are roughly over 3568names to be done.

There are only 1140 names taken since Dec 4, 2007!!

This is a worthy cause to show these families we care about our soldiers. (NOTE: We will keep stitching till all names are taken and stitched) I was wishing to have another 200 completed by Oct. 30,2008 to be delivered by November 11, 2008 Veterans Day

The when patterns are done they are roughly 10" x 14" in size

I have received permission from the designer to give out (x1) copy of either pattern. The pattern names are: (1) Home of the Brave (2) Our Heroes I also have the list of soldiers names from both wars: SEE RIGHT: CLICK ON THE LINK TO VIEW OR PRINT OUT THE LIST NAMES TO BE DONE FOR EACH WAR. or to get a copy just e-mail me at the e-mail address above: Please sign the "Big" Guestbook to the right (1) leave messages for our Troops      (2) leave messages about this project. (3)  when you sign the "Big" guest book please leave a e-mail address so I can send the information   This is the great project to show youre support for these troops and there familities at diffcult time in there lives. That way you can choose the name you want to do!!!!!! The list will be updated monthly as who is taken. You choose which one you would like to do. (Remember you supply the yarn, the type of fabric to stitch on, matting and framing) The soldier name and pattern will be sent by regular snail mail once you confirm you want to help. Please send two .37 cents stamps with a letter telling me which pattern you want!!

Please e-mail me when you send out framed finished cross stitch piece to the family or the capitol. I will put in front of the name in green color "Delivered". This way we will know at a glance which ones are           "Completely Done"
