Vikas krutti Sanshodhan Kendra [Development action Research Center] is Charitable, Non Profit Organization & Originated in the aftermath of grieving.
Earthquake of 1993 in the district of Latur, Maharashtra, India, for relief and rehabilitation of thousands of affected families and individuals. After initial disaster mitigation work, VKSK expanded its horizon and acquired holistic nature of operation. Trust of the organization is on capacity building and mobilization of internal resources for sustainable impact of development. Interventions. Focus is on identifying real issues and challenges and then address them with people’s involvement. Attempt is that the result of development must percolate down to the most vulnerable sections of society [street children, widows, destitute, Orphan, Poor older, poor tribal]. is a charitable organisation, registered under Society Registration Act 1860
[Registration No. 3457 /LTR/ 28/01/94]. And Bombay Public Trust Act
1950[Registration No. f -2998/LTR-94 dated 17/03/94]. It is also registered
under Foreign Contribution Registration Act 1976 [Registration No. 083900049
dated 26/08/98.] It is eligible for foreign grant [International Grant
Programme]
