Official Yu-Gi-Oh web site: Has a list of the Forbidden Cards, check list for the different packs, rule on how to play, video clips to help you understand the game.

www.netrep.net: An excellent place to go for all Yu-Gi-Oh rulings, They have a ruling data base, that has all the cards with effects, and any rulings they have.

www.yugiohrealms.com: Another good Yu-Gi-Oh Site, has several forums, A lot of official UDE judges hang out here, you can get help with rulings, and help building your decks.
