Aniston tops Forbes' "Celebrity 100" list
-"Friends" star Jennifer Aniston is the top celebrity on the planet, according to a list published Friday, June 20, 2003. The wife of hollywood heartthrob Brad Pitt headed Forbes magazine's annual "Celebrity 100" list. Aniston finished 28th last year. Celebrities are ranked according to their earnings over the past twelve months, plus other factors, including magazine covers, Internet site hits, press clippings and mentions on TV and radio.
Carrey and Aniston's "Bruce Almighty" Hits Box Offices
-Comedian Jim Carrey and "Friends" star Jennifer Aniston tag-team in the godly comedy "Bruce Almighty." The film stars Carrey as Bruce Nolan a "human interest" television reporter in Buffalo, New York who is discontented with almost everything in life, despite his popularity and the love of his girlfriend Grace (Jennifer Aniston). At the end of the worst day in his life, Bruce angrily ridicules and rages against God - and God responds. He appears in human form (Morgan Freeman) and, endowing Bruce with all of His divine powers, challenges Bruce to take on the big job and see if he can do it any better.
Aniston gives a few words out about her husband
-Many women between the ages of fifteen to thirty-five are always interested in knowing a bit more about Jennifer Aniston's husband, Brad Pitt. Aniston says she doesn't think about being married to Pitt, the handsome movie star. She states, "We don't sit there going, 'Oh my God. I can't believe I'm with the sexiest man alive.' I think he is, but I'm not sitting there with his resume of personal perks," she laughs. "We are very normal."
What's Next for Aniston after "Friends?"
-Currently Aniston is one of the stars of NBC hit television series, "Friends." She says she is not sure what project she will take on after the end of the show. "Definitely not another television show," she says. "I think that would be silly to try to follow this with something else." Aniston's next film will also be a comedy. It stars Ben Stiller, Hank Azaria and Debra Messing. It is untitled, but Aniston says she'll be doing some dirty dancing.
