Preface

The Aruba Flying Club is a non profit organization (vereniging) with its main goal to stimulate and promote the interest, knowledge and upgrading in aviation. The organization wants to reach its goal by providing affordable flying lessons, airplane rentals and lectures etc., which were not available in Aruba. Since the reactivation of the Aruba Flying Club in 1998, flight lessons are now available and at reasonable prices, due to the purchase of our first airplane, a Cessna 172M, the P4-BON. In 2001, we bought a Cessna 182P and it was sold a year later. In 2004, we decided to buy a newer and more recent version of Cessna 172. Hence, our new aircraft a Cessna 172R from 1998, the N174AP. A very well maintained aircraft with low hours and brand new GARMIN 530 & 430 GPS systems. The P4-BON was sold to two clubmembers.
