Message from the, um, webmaster (12:11am, 15-9-05): OK everybody, something's happened to the rego forms (again). I have no idea why since I haven't made any modifications, but I've just been told the competitor's form isn't sending. I tested it, and it's been working sporadically, but given my last few months' experience with Geocities, I've probably not received a number of registrations. The last one I got was a couple from UNSW at 2:21pm on Tuesday the 13th.
So sorry guys, blame me or blame Geocities (I'd prefer you to direct your anger at the corporation).

Registration must be received by 15th September, or a late fee of $100 per institution will be charged. This is so that we have a good idea of numbers when we're making bookings, for social events in particular, so we can get appropriate venues for the size of our group.

Note the (later) closing date for payment below.

Direct Deposit

-put the name of your INSTITUTION and the full names of ALL PARTICIPANTS being paid for in the Direct Deposit form below (after the Competitor's and Adjudicator's Forms)
-put this information (institution + names) in the title of the transfer when making payment to our account
-CC us a pdf copy of the receipt you will receive after the debit has gone through

Travel

Tournament participants need to make their own travel arrangements.

If you arrive in Canberra before 7:00pm on Friday 30th September, we can pick you up from the airport/bus stop/station and drive you to your accommodation. Participants wanting lifts from Canberra Airport should meet us in the bus shelter at the front.

We can also point out sightseeing spots!

Please be aware that we will still be running around organising things on the Friday. Note that transport from Jolimont Centre or Civic will be considerably easier to arrange. Send us an email with any reasonable request you have, but please don't get angry if we can't oblige!
