The Australian designed Valiants were produced around the 60's and 70's, there were 14 different body types in the Valiant range(well 14 that we mention on this site anyway) ![]() Hey Charger ! 1971 - 1978, The fastest accelerating production car built in Australia. ![]() The S/R - series from 1962. The S - Series is an improvement on the more American R - Series 10,009 S - Series' were made.
![]() ![]() The Ap5/Ap6 were very similar Cars. AP stood for Australian Production, they had slant 6 225CUI or a 273 V8 Engine, they shared similarities with the 63-66 american Valiants but had different roof line, grille and trim differences.
![]() The VC was the first real fully designed Australian Valiant with new styling, mechanical and trim refinements.
![]() The VE had different trimmings, new grille, higher safety and basic all around small refinements.
