The S - Series is an improvement on the more American R - Series 10,009 S - Series' were made. AP5/AP6 The Ap5/Ap6 were very similar Cars. AP stood for Australian Production, they had slant 6 225CUI or a 273 V8 Engine, they shared similarities with the 63-66 american Valiants but had different roof line, grille and trim differences. VC The VC was the first real fully designed Australian Valiant with new styling, mechanical and trim refinements. VE The VE had different trimmings, new grille, higher safety and basic all around small refinements. VF The VF introduced the Pacer series and the new 318 V8.
