Robin Hill Farm Park & Olympic Discovery Trail Ride (Unofficial...)
10 am. This is a great flatland ride. The groomed trails in Robin Hill Farm Park are suitable for everyone as is the Olympic Discovery Trail, which has an area reserved for equestrian use. You can loop the park or access the ODT, from which you can either go east towards the Dungeness River or west towards Port Angeles. This ride may be cancelled due to inclement weather or it may be moved indoors to Olympic View Stables, located at 136 Finn Hall Road. Ride Host(ess) position available.

Granny's Cafe Ride
10 am This ride leaves from the pole yard facility on the Lower Dam Road, just past the Elwha Canyon overlook off of Hwy. 112. It is mostly on old logging roads with a nice stretch of the new Olympic Discovery Trail "Adventure Trail" and some sections Mike and Greg have put in off the CCC Road. There is no potluck as the ride ends at Granny's Cafe in Indian Valley. There are rides available to take you back to get your trailer if you don't wish to make the return trip on horseback. Ride Host is Mike Perry.

Sandy Shore Ride w/Buckhorn Range Chapter
10 am This ride is hosted by the Buckhorn Range Chapter of BCHW. The parking is limited, so trailer-pooling is a wise choice, if possible. There is generally a potluck afterwards.
We could use a Ride Host/Liaison for this ride with Buckhorn. Talk to Betsy, if you'd like to take it on.
Directions: From Port Angeles area: east on Hwy. 101; turn Right onto Hwy. 104 for 6.1 miles; turn Right onto Sandy Shore Lake Road and continue until you get to the parking area.

Salt Creek-Striped Peak Ride
10 am - Enjoy some magnificent views of the Straits, Vancouver Island, Mount Baker, etc. from some of the viewpoints and rest stops on this ride. There are 3 different trails, ranging from easy to difficult, but you can also stay on the old logging roads if you wish. Our famous Spaghetti Feed follows this ride, so bring a jar of your favorite sauce and a side dish or dessert.
Sally Coates is the Ride Hostess.
Directions: West on Hwy. 101 and turn right (north) onto Hwy. 112. Go 7.2 miles and turn right (north) onto Camp Hayden Road. Stay on Camp Hayden Road for 3.5 miles, turning right again at Salt Creek Recreation Area and County Park.

East Clallam County Ride w/Buckhorn Range Chapter
Gate closes at 9:45. Ride leaves at 10 am. Potluck afterward.
This ride could use a Ride Host/Liason, too. Just ask Betsy!
Directions: From Port Angeles-East on Hwy. 101 past Sequim. Turn left (north) 2.8 miles east of the main entrance to 7 Cedars Casino onto Pierce Road. Go approx. 1/4 mile to the gravel road on the right and proceed through the metal gate. Stay on the main road approx. 1/2 mile and parking is just past the cell tower. From Jefferson County- Pierce Road is exactly 1 mile from the Jefferson/Clallam County line and the turn is to the right. Contact Betsy Wyatt if you are planning to attend.

Camp Creek Campout & Ride
Friday, the 22nd, campout at Littleton Horse Camp (Mt. Muller) with riding south of Hwy. 101 and the Sol Duc River. Come for camping and/or the riding. All will be good! Betsy Wyatt is the Ride Hostess.
Directions: Hwy. 101 west past Lake Crescent. Turn right (north) 4.8 miles west of Fairholm General Store. Follow the gravel road to the trailhead, then turn left (west) to the old gravel pit.

Sadie Creek Campout & Ride
Come Friday evening for a campfire and some laughs. Ride leaves at 10 am on Saturday morning. West on Hwy. 101 to Hwy. 112. West past Joyce. Turn left (south) 8 miles past Joyce General Store onto East Twin River Road. Go .2 miles and turn right (west) into the parking area. Potluck to follow the ride on Saturday if we aren't too tired to eat! Marc Reinertson is Ride (and Campfire) Host. Please let him know if you are planning to campout, so he can make room for you...otherwise he might take up the whole camp area!

Blue Mountain/Cassidy Creek Ride
Ride leaves at 10 am from Earl and Jane Radich's house. Hot dog picnic afterward. Bring your favorite weiners to roast. Earl & Jane Radich are Ride Hosts with the Most(s)! Directions: From Port Angeles, East on Hwy. 101, rutn right (south) onto Blue Mountain Road for 1.7 miles. Their address is 1784 Blue Mtn. Rd. and is on the right (west) side of the road.

Littleton Horse Camp Campout & Ride w/More VIPs!
Campout on Friday and who knows who will be riding with us on Saturday this year?! Rumor has it that Tom and Katie might even show up...We are also planning a post-ride dutch oven meal and much more, so stay tuned! Larry & Sherry Baysinger will be Ride Host & Hostess. Ride leaves at 10 am from the Littleton Horse Camp (Mt. Muller) trailhead west of Lake Crescent on Hwy. 101.
Directions: Hwy. 101 west past Lake Crescent. Turn right (north) 4.8 miles west of Fairholm General Store. Follow the gravel road to the trailhead, then turn left (west) to the old gravel pit.

Ride starts at 10 am. Kat Sample is the Ride Hostess.
Directions: Hwy. 101 west out of PA, turn left (south) onto Walkabout Lane. Turn right (west) and proceed throught gate up to the parking area under the power lines.

This ride needs a Host(ess) and may be scrapped altogether due to lack of participation...
