Emellishments

I do clothing embellishments, as well as embellishments on ritual items, or practically anything else you could come up with.  The pictures I have now are of clothing embellishments on two dresses. There are a number of embellishment 'styles' that are available.  Anywhere from 'net stitch' (pictures), to beaded embroidery, wrapping to single strands. You name it, I can most likely do it.  ::grin::

This is an embellishment that I did on a 'ritual' dress of mine.  I used a deep grey metallic and slate grey/blue glass seed beads and labrodorite/spectrolite chip beads.  The 'nettin' goes the whole way around the wrist. I have more planned for this dress.  I am considering bead-embroidering the elements on the sleeve, and perhaps an owl on the back. Any suggestions? Stay posted for more pics of this one!!  ::grin::

This is a dress that I embellished for Mom at Yule.  I used burgundy and green clear glass seed beads, metallic burgundy accents and green glass leaf bead accents.  The 'netting' goes the whol way around the wrist. This type of embellishment spices up any plain dress! The two dresses pictured are plain long, velvet, V-necked dresses...but add the 'netting'...and you've got a classy dress!!
