APPLEVALE STORM KING Cornerstone for the Big Bend breeding program for the past thirty five years, the very beautiful stallion Applevale Storm King has left his mark indelibly in the look, the athletic ability, the disposition, the very essence of what is recognized as the Look of Big Bend. Born in 1963 and purchased by Big Bend as a three year old stallion, Storm King went on to win championships in Park saddle, Park harness and in hand competition from Massachusetts to Colorado. He was never defeated in Sire and Get classes and stamped his get with the unmistakable Storm King look.

BIG BEND INFINITY Today his last son and final progeny, Big Bend Infinity, fills the void left by the passing of this great stallion. His pedigree is a treasure trove of some of the greatest Morgans known; strong in the government lines with mare lines to Junefield, Quietude, Arabesque, Narissa, sire lines to Upwey Ben Don, Mansfield, Troubadour of Willowmoor, his value as a potent stallion was guaranteed by the strength and structure of his pedigree. With the mating of Applevale Storm King to his granddaughter BVM Starphire the strengths and virtues inherent in Storm King himself were further cemented into the lasting legacy. Named Big Bend Infinity, this stallion is proving to be an even more potent stallion than his sire, still maintaining the incredibly kind disposition, his resemblance to his sire is stunning. Unfortunately Infinity came along at a time when I no longer was active in the show world so he has no show record, and is known only to those who visit here at Big Bend.
