he Fleet Reserve Association is a nonprofit organization whose primary mission is to serve and protect the interests of all active duty, reserve and retired enlisted personnel of the Sea Services and members of their families. Areas of concern and action include: Pay, Benefit and Entitlement programs: COLA's; Commissary & Exchange; Health Care; Veteran's Affairs; Ensuring the quality and readiness of our Sea Service Personnel and programs that help maintain morale. For additional information about membership, contact any Branch officer or member. In case of personal tragedy, please notify one of the Branch Officers.
