NOTICE: The submitter must be at least 13 years of age. Starting April 21, 2000, a new law puts you and your parents in charge of your personal identifying information -- if you're under 13.

**Racistic, pornographic, hate & violence, name-calling and other forms of abusive language & image containing material on your site will automatically disqualify the submitter from winning the award. Also, any sites that are anti-Jesus Christ or anti-Christian will be immediately disqualified and blocked from our email list.

Copyright violations, plagarism, as well as bandwith stealing and other illegal actions will disqualify the submitter from winning the award.

GUIDELINES:
1. Site should be easy to navigate, meaning links to other pages in the site are easy to find.

2. Site should have backgrounds, background colors and font colors that compliment each other.

3. Site should not have a lot of misspelled words. (A few here and there won't disqualify your page).

4. Site should not be a page full of just links to other sites. While these type of sites are useful, they hardly warrant a design award.

5. You must be at least 13 years of age, or have parental permission to submit an application.

6. Site should use mostly original graphics, or at least have a credit link to the graphic artist from whom you received them.

7. More than three animated gifs per page is frowned upon. Any more than three becomes hard on the viewer's eyes.

8. If you have a mouse trailer, it should at least be part of the overall theme of the page.

9. No pop-up windows. (Unless they are part of the server, such as Geocities).

10. If you must have music, the viewer should have the option of turning it off.

11.The pages should not be too slow to load, and graphics not the main content (unless of course, it is a graphics site).
