Chinchilla Rescue

The purpose of this website is to inform people  about what I can offer in terms of adoption. I am willing to accept Chinchillas who are abandoned or cannot be cared for any more. I do not adopt them out, I simply give them a healthy and happy forever home. I currently have a horse, three dogs, three cats, three rabbits, two chinchillas and a lizzard. My animals are my best friends and a part of my family. It is because of my relationship with animals that I feel compelled to offer my home to them. I don't feel that these animals are getting a "second chace" with me, I feel that I get much more from their love and light than I could ever hope to give them.  I have experience with virtually all types of animals, but Chinchillas hold a special place in my heart. If you have a Chinchilla that needs a home, please contact me. I greatly apreciate any cages or accessories you can provide with the animal. In addition to being very helpful to me, it can be less stressful for the Chinchilla if they remain in the same cage. I also apreciate any history you can give me, this will help me give them the best possible care. As part of the adoption process I ask that you fill out a form regarding the animal and an affidavit that you are the owner and that you are releasing the animal to me. I understand that saying good-bye, although sometimes best, can be very hard. Upon request I can send you pictures and updates of your Chinchilla.
