The building has secure underground parking as well as most modern conveniences. Each condo comes complete with 2 bedroom, 2 bath, living room, hot/cold running water, refrigerator, stove, and  microwave. The purchaser would be responsible for property taxes, monthly maintenance fees, telephone, cable (both installation and maintenance)

Phase one is scheduled to be completed in April 2001.  There are 2 two-bedroom condos still available for sale. Each of these units are 62 square metres.  Prices start at $80,000 US.  The advantage of this approach, you save money by not paying for realtor fees.

Phase II is scheduled for October 2001 completion and Phase III is scheduled for April 2002.
