| Casey is a special needs dog. She was one of 200 dogs confiscated in Greer, SC. She is physically in excellent condition but emotionally still in her shell. She has no desire to befriend humans, but is not a threat to them. She is scared and very shy. She needs someone soft spoken and patient to be willing to work with her and love her unconditionally. |
