Handling an Injured Dog
First put on the muzzle, an injured dog may bite. If the
dog needs to be moved, grasp the loose skin on the back of the
neck with one hand and support chest with the other. If the
dog is too large to move in this manner, slide her onto a large
towel, blanket or folded sheet which may serve as a stretcher for
2 to carry.
