| Welcome Ladies! Welcome to the Davie Hurricane Hatters, a part of a world wide organization of women who are still out there just "Havin' Fun". We accept women from anywhere in the world. We have our princesses (girls under 50 years of age), who wear pink hats and lavender clothing and we have our Red Hot, I mean Red Hatters (women 50 and above) who have earned the status of wearing Red Hats and purple clothing. Why Red and Purple? Join us and we will show you the poem that started it all which says that by the time I reach this stage of my life, I can do what I want, including wearing things that just don't match! | As you all know, I have beeing working full time for sometime now. It has taken a lot more of my time than I had anticipated, so on December 6, 2008, I will be stepping down as Queen of The Davie Hurricane Hatters, but never fear I have talked our own competent Queen of Vice, Joni into being your new Queen. She has a lot of new ideas such as a book club once a month, etc. I will also stay closely involved with the group, becoming the official "Lady of the Lens" and maintaining our website.
