Global American Birth Certificate & Citizenship Form

There are several choices here. First you can register as a Global American citizen - just fill in as much information as you can. Then at a later date, update your information. Next you can register a new birth, giving the child full rights of a Global American citizen. Finally, you can replace a lost (or destroyed) birth certificate with a new one.
