Download BLACKART version: v3.92. Latest BLACKART release. The latest improvements include:

1) Further improved graphics menu structure.
2) Export interpolated DEMs as POV-Ray compatible TGA files.
3) Export interpolated DEMs as grayscale TGA files.
4) User-specified refining iterations are now supported for greater control of surface smoothing.
5) Changed file name parsing routines for SRTM-3 and SRTM30 files to work around a weird Borland bug that caused problems with certain operating systems. The symptom was that BLACKART refused to recognize a valid SRTM30 file name as legitimate. While I was not able to reproduce the problem on my own computers, I suspect that the Borland compiler's inability to process ANSI C++ strings is the problem. I changed the routine to use the native Delphi string class and I am hoping that this fixes the problem.
6) Fixed latitude and longitude reporting in the graphics window.
7) Added support for Australia Geoscience DEM data (see above).
8) Added DEM resample utility.
