Please fill out the following information if you'd like to put a *NEUTERED/SPAYED* husky up for adoption through the Homes for Huskies (HFH) website (limited to two dogs per person or organization). A HFH volunteer will respond to you via email as soon as possible. All form fields are mandatory.

A digital photo is also required. Please email all photos as attachments to Curtis Smith Upon receipt, the information and photo(s) will be placed on the web page titled "Huskies Up for Adoption".*
