Eddy's was founded in the 1950's in Tulsa, Oklahoma by Eddy Elias, and was
later established in Oklahoma City by Chris and Pat Elias. Eddy's offers a unique dining experience by serving Lebanese hors d' ouerves before your meal, a custom which the Elias family pioneered in Oklahoma. Tabouli is a Lebanese salad consisting of parsley, tomato, bell pepper, onion, mint, lemon juice, vegetable oil, cracked wheat and seasonings. Hummus Tahini is a made from ground garbanzos, tahini (crushed sesame seeds), lemon juice, vegetable oil and seasonings. Home made Cabbage Rolls are made from ground steak trim, rice, seasonings rolled in cabbage then cooked and finished in tomato sauce. Eddy's Famous Smoked Ribs are made from top quality pork ribs which are seasoned, sauced and smoked at Eddy's.
