Text Box: FCRTA is the local affiliate of ORTA and works to support their efforts. We are more than happy to let you know about  our group, FCRTA, and hope you will consider the advantages of a local chapter membership.  FCRTA is an active chapter of over 1200 members with a dynamic Board of Directors.  All are vitally interested in legislation, health benefits, our pensions, keeping up with anything that pertains to teacher retirement--yet are still concerned with educational trends of today.
