Hunting, fishing, roaming the woods - I loved it

I've had some good times in the woods, in the marsh, in swamps, in a boat, and especially up in trees on cold, cloudy days. There are few things more peaceful than being a predator and doing it closer to the way nature intended: using silence and stealth and blending into the critter's world.

From bass fishing Texas' Murvaul, Quitman & Sam Rayburn in the late '60s pioneering days. To bowhunting and competition archery in the '90s. I've fished from Canada to Cuba, Atlantic to Pacific. Won a national bass tournament, won national archery tournaments, bagged with a bow (deer, turkey, fox, coyote, squirrel, armadillo, hogs, javelina, exotics).

I've been very fortunate; let's share a few memories.
