New friends in London

All alone in London is designed to help people who have just moved to London meet people. We do this by listing events around London which are low cost and by allowing people to leave messages in our BLOG about themselves and what they like, plus their email address. You can access the blog by clicking on the current events link below. Users can then contact each other via email. Remember if you do decide to meet anyone who you meet on this site, meet them in a public place during the day.

I designed this website because having only been in London for a few month I know how difficult it can be to meet people you like and start off your social life. The big scary capital of England seem's a lot more friendly when you get to know a few people. I hope this site will help people make the transition of moving to London a lot easier, also that you all make some great friends.
