Application & Award Procedure

1.  Review eligibility requirements for senior applicants on page 7  of the Girard Music Boosters by-laws document on this website.

2.  Download the Application Form using the link below.  (Adobe Reader is required on your computer to view and print the form.)

3.  Print out and complete the Application Form. 

4.  Submit the completed application to the Girard Marching Band Director by April 30th.

5.  The Girard Music Boosters Scholarship Committee will make the selection from qualified applicants early in May.

6.  The awardee will be announced on Graduation Night in June.

7.  If selected, you will be required to submit proof of fall school enrollment to the Girard Music Boosters treasurer.

8.  A scholarship check will be mailed to the school in which you are enrolled and applied to your account.
