Sparks To Shoot "Queer As Folk" Next Week

Shooting starts next week for the December airing start of the American version of the 22-episode series "Queer as Folk". Hal will be playing the character Michael, known in the original series as Vince. Hal's character is a TV and movie know it all, and "lives a virtually celibate existence." The general story will be followed. Showtime promises that the scripts so far have been just as compromising as the English version.The show is supposed to be set as an East Coast/New Jersey working scene.
