This page is a product of my nostalgia towards home video game systems of the past, a hobby that is new to most people. I grew up with video games, and have always had a fascination with this particular form of entertainment. I grew up with the SEGA Master System (SMS), which was released to the world by SEGA Enterprises Ltd. in 1986. You may want to look elsewhere if you are interested in current 3-D polygonal video games...this page is almost 100% dedicated to the SMS and covers my collecting history, released peripherals, the 114 USA SMS game library, and other bits of personal nostalgia. The SMS has left Sega fans with an enduring legacy: A system that was the most advanced game system for its time and a game library that boasts many hit titles, but remained an underdog during it's lifetime. Some past owners of this system have decided to actively pursue any and all available games for the system, as a way of preserving it's legacy and their own memories. The SMS represents what SEGA did best as a company: make amazing, original games by using some of the most advanced home technology possible during the time. The SMS is my favorite system. I hope this site will bring a smile to past SEGA system owners and will encourage them to preserve their childhood memories through classic videogame collecting.
