Chalappuram Kudumbayogam
TheThuruthel Family ia a branch of the Chalappuram Family. The Chalappuram family members are living mainly in places like Mulakkulam, Mulamthuruthy, Vettikkal, Maneed, Vettithara, Varikkoly, and Malabar. For the conveniance of Kudmbayogam activities, these reigions are grouped in to three branches: Mulakkulam, Mulanthuruthy, and Maneed. The first meeting of the Chalappuram families was conducted at the Rev. Fr. Gee Varghese Memmorial High School, Karikkodu in May 10th, 1995 and was presided by V. Rev. Fr. Gee Varghese, Thuruthel (Chalappuram). Now the president of the Kudumbayogam is Rev. Fr. Geroge. C. Chalappuram.
