| The City of Nordlingen im Ries is a founding member of the Walled Towns Friendship Circle. Director of the Tourist Information Office of the City of Nordlingen is Mr. Klaus Rohder. Klaus has been active participant of the Circle since its inception ten years ago Klaus has many responsibilities. Amongst them are promoting and marketting his City and the world famous 'Romantic Road'. |
| The Knabenkapelle of Nordlingen (Pictured left) This award winning Bavarian Youth Band from Nordlingen has already visited many walled towns. Most recently Tenby, Chepstow and Conway in Wales and Chester and Bristol in England. They have also performed all over the World. Their next trip is to Malta from 14 to 21 Sept. Excellent ambassadors for youth and friendship, they plan to visit Italy next year, with concerts in Soave, Cittadella and Padua. |
