I live in Idyllwild, CA, in the San Jacinto Mountains above Palm Springs.  I am originally from Baton Rouge, LA.  I am 42 and have lived in California for 17 yrs.  I began woodburning at about age 8, as a Boy Scout Project.  I have been selling my work and my signs since late 1989.  I am a current member of the Art Alliance of Idyllwild.

Between 1990 & 1995, I showed my work at arts & craft shows and festivals all over Southern California, such as Christopher Street West, San Diego Pride, SD Gay Rodeo, and the Idyllwild are shows.  During this time I also was owner of two gallery & gift shops.  The first shop was "Splinters" sold oil lamps, candles, Cajun food, and my artwork.  The second shop was "Fire Works" and we sold Hot Sauces from around the world, and my artwork.
